    Job responsibilities:

    1. Refer to the drawings of the equipment for digestion and absorption. If there are unreasonable layouts or unclear markings in the drawings, timely notification and feedback will be sent to the relevant designers for correction.

    2. According to the number of points in the wiring diagram, evaluate the electrical assembly operation cycle, and the required number of tools, consumables, and auxiliary materials. According to the working hours of the prototype, track the on-site assembly, continuously optimize the assembly hours of mass production, and provide a basis for reasonable labor arrangement on the production line

    3. Be responsible for writing the electrical assembly process requirements of the equipment, standardizing operations, compiling operation instructions, making electrical operation standards and precautions and other guiding standards, and solving process abnormalities at the production site;

    4. Improve the quality of shipping equipment, improve production efficiency, save the cost of production auxiliary materials and consumables, promote the standardization of operations, and continue to improve and optimize activities. 

    5. Analyze and solve product quality problems complained by customers, formulate and implement corrective and preventive measures;

    6. Be responsible for other affairs assigned by superior leaders;

    7. Assist in production to complete the assembly of emergency shipping equipment, as well as the first assembly and proofing of batch equipment;
