Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of relevant work experience in recruitment, and give priority to those with experience in photovoltaic industry recruitment;
2. Be familiar with recruitment business process and various recruitment channels, as well as resource mining skills;
3. Love recruitment, have a sense of responsibility, strong interpersonal understanding, communication and coordination skills, strong learning ability and anti-pressure ability, and can quickly adapt to changing environments;
4. Have a certain awareness and understanding of talent reserves, and be familiar with the methods of character portraits and personality assessments commonly used in the recruitment process;
5. Give priority to those with experience in recruiting R&D positions in automation enterprises.
Job responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and count the recruitment needs of various departments, and formulate annual personnel recruitment plans according to the existing establishment and business development needs;
2. Expand and maintain various recruitment channels, and be able to proactively search for and seek talents through various channels; and be good at talent selection such as R&D and project management,
3. According to the annual personnel plan of the Company, implement the personnel recruitment plan for each stage, quarter and year, and complete the recruitment of personnel changes to fill vacancies, and be responsible for the recruitment results;
4. Regularly conduct candidate visit and industry Mapping, organize and analyze recruitment data;
5. Complete recruitment data statistics on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, analyze and report recruitment results;
